This is an exciting opportunity for an Engineering or a Computer Science graduate with some work experience wishing to move into Investment Banking software development projects and get some international exposure.

The C++ financial engineer/consultant role, will provide exposure to a range of projects including the development of graphical user interfaces, simulations, interface between different systems, derivatives pricing models and standalone applications. There will be interaction with clients’ developers, business analysts and project managers, for the definition of specifications, product implementation, testing and remediation.

Ideal candidates must have graduated in Engineering or Computer Science from a top-tier university, and be motivated to move to the financial software industry and enhance their knowledge in the field of financial derivatives. 1 to 4 years of commercial C++/C# experience, preferably but not necessarily in the financial sector, are required. Robust command of C++ and deep understanding of object-oriented programming are critical, as well as strong customer services skills and proficiency in English. Additionally, knowledge of C#, good understanding of databases and Oracle PL/SQL will be considered an advantage.

Project Manager / Business Analyst role will provide exposure to a range of projects including the development of graphical user interfaces, simulations, interface between different systems, derivatives pricing models and standalone applications. There will be interaction with clients’ developers, business analysts and project managers as well as our company’s financial engineers/consultants, for the definition of specifications, and product delivery.

Ideal candidates must have completed an Engineering or a Computer Science degree in a top-tier university, and be motivated to move to the financial software industry and enhance their knowledge in the field of financial derivatives. An MBA, or other postgraduate qualification will be an advantage. 3 to 6 years of commercial experience in C++/C# projects (development, business analysis and project management), preferably but not necessarily in the financial sector, are required. High level of analytical and organization skills is critical, as well as strong customer services skills and proficiency in English. Additionally, knowledge of MS Project/Vision (or similar software), UML and good understanding of databases will be considered as an advantage.
